I wonder if we are seeing such horrible quality now because so much of the experienced work force has been driven out by the terrible pay and working conditions. I know some just don’t care, but I think a valuable percentage of our work force may be gone. Seems like newer MTs do not have the extensive training anymore, and worse, they lack the mentoring that used to be essential. Unfortunately, unless the MTSOs figure this out, it’s not going to get better.
