Guess what proof they use in court? Medical records typed by MTs and signed by doctors. What do you think happens to that report if they see careless errors or any error at all? Gets thrown out. Could save a doctor's job or could end one. The hospitals do look at these reports and if you put the incorrect dosage on here and the nurse doesnt double check or an allergy misspelling, IT CAN CAUSE A PERSON HIS/HER LIFE. So quality is very very much important !
