tune if it was their CHILD that suffered as a result of the poor quality. Would they accept the response that THEY posted from those that might be harmful to their child is a medical setting?

Guess if a doctor, nurse, MT, lab tech told this mom "I don't get paid enough so my quality suffers" based on their post, that is an acceptable response.

I am with you - if you cannot do a good job move on where you cannot hurt someone. You knew what the the pay was when you took the job.
