Haha when did they start this crap? Used to work there and quit due to the horrible smart-ass micromanagers there. Must be hard keeping QA staff there so now they are penalizing the MTs for sending their work to QAs-so they can't keep up lol. Don't compromise your work for that extra penny. If the dictator is crap what else can you do?
