When you say no work, do you mean no work - at start of shift, or Posted: Apr 7th, 2018 - 10:28 am In Reply to: Nuance - One Week Without Work
No work at all through the day, you checked and nothing?
I personally have been scrabbling together usually less then 20 hours (supposed to be 40) for the past few weeks and I pretty much have had enough.
Think I'm gonna bite the bullet and just do my OOW in the morning and not keep checking morning, noon and night, and apply for full unemployment. I was going to do just partial unemployment, but why should I have to scratch around for hours?
I have been sitting here from early morning until prime time every day to get some hours and this is just not acceptable.
They will not respond to questions re layoff, they will tell you no, you will not be laid off. Well, why the heck not?
What is a job with no work? Not a job. I hope the unemployment office agrees with me.
