I am wondering if anyone did go with a contractor - with your account as IC

And how that worked out for you.

On its face, it seems like a bad deal. To go from employee to IC, at LESS pay, NO benefits, and it seems you run out of work with them too.

But it does seem like that is the only kind of job now in MT, as IC, and wondering if anyone who has been frozen out by Nuance with no work has turned to that and what their experience has been.
