to try to get at least half of my scheduled hours. Usually there would be nothing first thing in the morning so I'd clock out and then keep checking back when I knew they'd start dictating. But yesterday we were "reminded" of the OOW policy that we are to clock out for OOW and then we are released for the day. We should only come back to check if we ask first or when mgr puts out a call for help needed. So does that mean I can't even check my primary account when I know the work would be coming in? This situation gets more inexplicable by the day.
