after the 24 hours (unless a business day) if you do not receive a response, I would re-send the question, with something in the title to the tune of 2nd request and include a CC to the person above the TSM. I had been temporarily placed on one of the Canadian accounts and the TSM was terrible about answering questions which is one of the reasons I declined to have that as my tertiary.
