I work on three Canadian accounts, all AVR, all on Dragon Medical. I was told that eventually everyone would be on AVR/Dragon, but it is far, far from perfect and will require editors, which I guess I am. Even in a perfect world, AVR/Dragon will require editing due to inevitable errors and patient safety as well as legal issues.
