I said this a year ago; they can't fix certain things since they upgraded to E11; nothing works and they all think it's our issue. Well, smart people would realize that Nuance made EditScript for HOME users, not actual companies who use them and this have much better virus protection, etc. so Nuance couldn't figure it out. So, I agree. This was a perfect out for their transcription division. Period.
