You don't reach that line requirement in 8 hours, do you just stop or stay until you reach it? Also, if you work more than 8 hours, how is that paid, at overtime? Also, how do they track your hours for work? I am thinking about applying but with every new post I waffle back and forth. Thank you for your honest answers.
