If you were planning on staying in transcription and you were at Nuance, I would say PF is definitely a step up from that.

If you are anywhere else, I don't know if it is worth the hassle of going through their testing going to Virginia, testing again, etc., to work there.

I think the best plan is probably what you mentioned and what I have started taking steps towards and that is to GTFO of MT!
