Not always greener, I switched just 2 weeks ago thinking I could go back to acute care rather than clinic notes. Unfortunately it is with a small company and the MT pick there work and assign it themselves, this morning there are 22 jobs on the system and 1 MT has routed all but 2 of them to herself, leaving everyone else without work and no one really cares because this is the way things are done at this company.
