My DOL has already sent a notice to Nuance and a copy to me that I filed a wage claim and to send them a check for what is owed to me in my name or they have 10 days to specify the grounds for their objection in writing. I sent the DOL a copy of everything that was in Enrich and all of my personal emails, check stubs, etc., including the last update with the mysteriously added paragraph about platform ineligibility, and a letter regarding all of the above. Hopefully, I will get some results. At least, I feel better having tried. This was just too obviously wrong to be silent.
