I think the DOLs vary from state to state - a LOT

When a state considers itself "right to work" and "business friendly" you better believe they're gonna make it difficult for workers to find ways to file claims.

Then again, it has to come down to those who staff these places and even with the best of intentions, I imagine all the cuts to govt services of any sort has taken a toll.

I have yet to hear back from my complaint. Mind saying what state you are in? I know, paranoia is a thing. Sometimes it seems Nuance has the ability to vanish posts from here, which I suppose might be stretching it, but I have seen it happen.
