moving from account to account - frustrated

They have no clue how upsetting it is to learn a new account AND how much it affects our pay. I had finally built up to a pretty good pay day on an account. As soon as they see you are making more than minimum wage, they will transfer you to a bummer account. This business sucks so bad. I wish I knew how to form a union.
