....used my 15 minutes. So this is goodbye to my familiar account that I have done so well on and hello to an account that I know nothing about, unfamiliar doctors, unfamiliar facility names. Goodbye any kind of productivity I could have managed to attain with something familiar. I have actually been in tears over this off and on tonight :'-(
