Yeah, you're right. It's on Nuance. They should be billed for the downtime. I hope this incident will shine some light on some of the shadiness in this industry. I just hope that it's not the MTs ultimately getting screwed in this situation. It wouldn't be fair them asking MTs to use their PTO to cover or to work crazy hours trying to make it up.
