What a nasty thing to say to a concerned employee! I also work for an MTSO using Nuance software and I'm also worried that I will not be compensated for the down time, as this has happened before (just not for this length of time). I'm guessing, given the ugly message you received, your MTSO hasn't spoken much about compensation either?
