Again NJA in my section, and probably yours too - Debye

I took off yesterday again because of NJA, but now I have no PTO and lat pay lost 24 hours with no pay.  This is so frustrating for all of us.  I don't know what the answer is.  I'm just hangin on by my fingernails until I can go to part time in September...hoping to retire then.  Bless us all.
