Some spreadsheets need to be disregarded during times with a lot of NJA. I wish everyone up the hierarchy would take the time to figure out what it's really like for the MTs. Most of us are doing the best we can with all this NJA, work trickling in, and unfamiliar accounts, and there are way too many conflicting metrics.
