Where I work if there is NJA we do not have to make up the time. They have a PTO spread sheet that adjusts time worked right down to 1 hour a week if that ever happened and you get your PTO. You can take PTO if you want to but they do not force you to. That is what real companies that care and appreciate their employees do. I wish these MTSOs would all burn to the ground that screw the MT. That is there bottom line of not having to pay for vacations or whatever you take off time for that would come out of their pocket as a benefit. Oh no, cant have that going on. Screw them.
