I would sit for hours every day of work after the initial great work flow with not much of anything at all. It really sucked. Was kind of funny though, as they would call me on a Saturday night asking me to work because there were a few jobs that needed to be typed. I tried it once, only to have one job to type. LOL. I guess the other 20 people they called got on and that cleared it out.
