They are hiring to replace mass exodus happening faster than they can train/replace in India. There is no "full time" "employment." You will not make the minimum lines to get PTO or health coverage and they will force you to PT or IC. Keep searching for a company that is USA-based and does not outsource. Those 2 things should be your first criteria.
