In my entire time as an MT (now ex-MT with N), FIESA by far was the biggest waste of cyber space and money I have ever seen. Enrich served more purpose than FIESA ever did. Move the account specs over the Enrich and do away with FIESA and they would be doing everybody a favor, including themselves.
FIESA is nothing more than a way for them to feel better about cutting MT pay and nothing more. I was actually given a "final warning" about not doing my FIESA reviews, the thing is I did them, just not when my OM wanted me to. Never any verbal warning or anything in between, just straight to final. Oddly enough, this happened more than once in my time with N. Anybody else experience this?
Now that I am ex-N, I am much happier and looking forward to moving on to bigger and better things. I've already been to the bottom, only way is up from here.
