I have not checked Fiesa in over a year. They cannot legally ask you to work off the clock. They try and spin it as included in your line rate, but it is NOT.
Tell them you will be punching into Webclock every time you check Fiesa because after all, it adds up over the pay week, and see what they say.
My TSM has not mentioned Fiesa to me in over a year as well.
