I work there. Phone calls aren't recorded; however, they (whoever calls you) do report the discussion to the entire team pretty much verbatim. For example, if you're discussing QA errors, they send emails for you to verify your conversations and will quote things said in that conversation. They don't want you replying to the individual, you reply to the whole Escription or Dictaphone team (which doesn't include MTs, it goes to the team leads, managers, owners) so everybody gets it and they theoretically know what's going on. No big deal.
