This ad specifically says the Dictaphone team. I don't believe they can advertise here for the Escription team because it does not meet the minimum CPL requirement. When I worked there several years ago, they did pay higher for Dictaphone than Escription. If I remember correctly, the reason given was that the lines were a little harder to get on Dictaphone. So, if you are looking for something positive, I suppose the recognition that some platforms are more productive than others and adjusting pay accordingly is a positive thing. I do, however, agree about the micromanaging, it is ridiculous.
