I also worked for the crappy Q and in spite of the current issues, KS is still far better. Are you referring to Ted - the guy who got a multi-million dollar annual bonus while the MTs went MONTHS with no work? From November through June, I was lucky to get 10 reports a day and they claimed it was "due to the holidays". Communication is much better here.
