I know things will get better as I have been there a long time. Of course people are working during my shift; it's a very busy account.
I do have plenty of work, on second shift, which is what I work by choice.
I am not a big FB person, but I do know that anyone can be in the group. There are often negative posts, so I don't know why you would say there are only posts from those on the owner's good side. Actually, now that I think about it, wouldn't most people be on the owner's good side, unless they are total jerks? I would think most don't know her and she doesn't know them, but not sure why there would be a good side and bad side. Geesh. Get over yourself. I'm moving on from here.
