Taking even one day off for everybody would send the message loud and clear.

They are probably scared to get fired, but honestly, unemployment at least would pay regularly until they found something else, and what is there to lose?

They are not paid on time anyway now, and run out of work all the time.

Time to stop drinking the KS Kool-Aid people!
