and LT does communicate -- however, it's the same song and dance, and she is not completely honest (ie, it won't happen again or we've never had this problem before). KS is better than MQ was, yes, but still has unacceptable behavior. I am actively looking for a better job. I might also add that a previous poster said that when she complained her check was late as she was headed out of town, LT FIRED her. I rest my case.
