KUDOS! to you. You hit the nail on the head. I agree, said the same thing yesterday in fact, instead a new incentive plan in the works, how about just paying a decent wage, treating us with some respect, and seeing what you get. Less turnover and time spent training and happier clients! Sometimes I wonder if MTSOs even have brains!
