I laughed when I got the email, cause I was thinking, we can't even meet the prod. requirements in a normal 8-hour day so how do they think we'll be able to earn incentive? Here's a suggestion--nix the incentive, pay us for headers and footers, get rid of the ridiculous paytrackers, take only 1/2 the edited lines, just for starters. This is the most unorganized mixed up mess of a train wreck I've ever seen in a company. If they weren't trying to pull something on us, everything wouldn't be so difficult and have so many steps.
