IMEDX INFO - 1shopper

This is to let you all know what I heard from the Department of Labor regarding going to IC status from an employee for not meeting minimum requirements for production..... THEY CAN'T DO IT! The DOL said to save any email regarding this as well as they would be interested in such information.

Now I plan on talking to them about taking PTO for not meeting production, but it is a different department so hopefully hear on that soon!
