I have been following your journey here, and I am really interested in what you learn. Any chance when you hear back from the next DOL section you are waiting on that you can start a new thread with that info? Maybe state both (separate) things you have learned when you get your answers? I am with you here, and I am waiting to see your replies before I call my state's DOL. I am in the Midwest.

Anything I can do to help you or any information you are missing? If so, let me know. You can email me here if you want. I know it is difficult to tell, but not admin. It makes me mad that we cannot communicate without this worry!
