Please answer here and not on email? WHAT DOL did you call as you have to call the one in your state and according to the DOL in my state of Oregon, its legal. Just as you can quit anytime they said, your employer can drop you to another status if you are not producing and it has nothing to do with signing on part time or full time. That is what I was told.
