I spoke to one person, who could not believe the story, then a second person told me to fill out the form and send a "sampling" of the documentation I had...(it fills a whole file box) from the most recent "changes." He did say that the records are for individual States, but are shared nationally, so multiple claims against a company supports individual claims. He told me it would take additional time since the company is "out of State" that I am filing in, but it can be done. He also told me that you CANNOT be fired for making a claim and if you are, it just adds to your claim. Told him I left already due to "deceit."
