I could not even work I was so angry about them ripping off the PTO. That was the last straw for me and I knew that Health Ins and Employee status being taken away was next step. I also would not doubt that even if they fire you, they would fight against you getting UE and in my State, they hold all payments until the employer signs off on the claim....I sent a 1-liner resignation and have filed with the DOL in my State.
