Worried about my job at Synernet - MT

Maybe I'm just being paranoid (with NEMT just getting eaten up by Nuance) but something seems off at Synernet. I'm getting tired of being told day after day that work is low so I can't work. Just the week before last, they were crying for help every single day and then just as quickly last week I couldn't work any of the days. Maybe things will turn around again this week, but I'm worried that something is going on or maybe, as they've been known to do, they've overhired again.
