If you know Synernet, it slows down every year at this time. Per diem should be looking for other work to supplement at least through the winter months. Don't know if anything else is going on, but this is normal and expected. Also, you need to ask for work more than at one time of the day for per diem. You might have to work late in the evenings or overnights to get your lines.
