Synernet Per Diem, but - MT

I'm also a Per Diem, have made myself available to them 24/7, but still no work. They require 4000 lines per week from Per Diems, so I would think that I could expect to get 4000 lines when I'm available every day. But, this is not the case. I'm worried as well.
