Has anyone worked for a military hospital or naval hospital? - Need some help.

Hi:

I start work on-site for a naval hospital soon.  I wanted advice on what it is like to work as a civilian at a military hospital.

I asked the supervisor questions.  She gave me positive feedback, but I am scared she only said that because she works there.
