try to go in with a positive attitude. It is probably like working in-house at any hospital. There will be rules and guidelines to follow, and you'll probably be expected to work harmoniously as a member of the team. Treat it as any other job and do your best. I am wondering why you are expecting it to be different. Is it because it is a "military hospital?"
