It really is a puzzle why they do this. It is very obvious to everyone what the MTs concerns, complaints and frustrations are. Near minimum wage pay, incessant lies, pay cuts, dangling carrots, the grid, FIESA, arrogant and demoralizing TSMs, unfair QA, account hopping, hoop jumping. It's all been said before by so many MTS, both ex-employees and current employees. NUANCE IS FULLY AWARE OF WHAT THE ISSUES ARE. Why would I waste my time explaining it to them yet again? They could not care less what I have to say. I'm a robot, just another number in a very long line who pounds out reports so that they can line their pockets; nothing more. These survey people are a complete waste of their pocket lining.
