response to my elaboration of the original survey results. Well, if she's hearing that a lot, doesn't that say something is WRONG and there is a very unhappy workforce. Paying these people to do followup calls to hear the same thing, isn't that just a waste of money? Certainly they can find something more productive to do with them.
