I gave an honest response in the survey. My feelings about this company, how we are being ripped off, etc. were made perfectly clear. I received an email to set up a time for a phone call to discuss my responses with HR. I totally blew it off because, as you said, it's a waste of time. I can't figure out what their agenda is. Maybe to try to get us to think they care? We are all well aware that they don't, so I remain confused about why they are even bothering. They'll never change and, in fact, continue to get worse and worse.
