When you click the link on the left that says "company board" on the main page where you see the list of all of the posts look at the top of the page. In brackets you will see [Archives] [Search]. It is above the list of questions at the top of the page. Everyone has it. It is a link, not a box. Right above it you will see how many visitors are online. Right now it says 153 visitors online for me.
