You will need to significantly upgrade your computer if you haven't for a while. They do pay per hour for 30 days training, but it is actually not enough. They do not pay for spaces, but have a quirky calculation for pay that works out good. The specs are like novels and you have to often refer to them. It is a pain to pull up previous reports. You have to refer to another web site for samples.
They have a different editing style which I actually like, but those with many years experience doing it differently may not like it.
Still on the fence, myself.
