Yes, that's a good point. While I agree we do way too much extra that we don't get paid for, I still agree with my former comment above. The couple of minutes it takes to review the feedback (that we essentially ask for ourselves when we send a report to QA) just seems like part of our job as transcriptionists. I guess this was a lot more palatable when we were paid hourly, I agree. Remember when we all used to care about producing a quality report, and we actually appreciated answers to our QA questions? That seems so changed now that we have to worry about squeezing out a living on our crummy pay, and some folks don't want to waste time anymore by actually learning from QA feedback. Too bad. . .
